I have lived here for over 20 years and the kitchen has needed improving since I moved in.  All the years I’ve been in the house I’ve thought of different ways to change the layout. I’ve asked others for ideas, but no one came up with a plan that meet the needs of our family. Within half an hour of Jason listening to what we looking for he proposed the design we went with.  It was significantly better than any of the other ideas that had been made.  Now it’s finished it is meeting the needs of our family and the price and work carried out has been excellent. Who manages my project, and how do I stay in the loop?

Jason Craig is personally involved in every Koze project from design through handover. Your project manager is on site daily and posts regular updates to your client portal, where all documents, progress notes, and selections are stored in one place. You never have to chase updates. They come to you.

What is a fixed-price contract and when do I receive it?

Once plans are finalized and every selection is made, we issue a single fixed-price proposal. You know exactly what your project costs before a shovel touches the ground. No estimates. No ranges. No surprises mid-build.

Do I need to find my own architect and interior designer?

No, and that’s one of the core reasons clients choose us. Koze coordinates architecture, interior design, permitting, consultant work, and construction. You have one contact for the entire project. No chasing multiple vendors and no wondering who’s responsible for what.

What is your minimum project budget?

We work with a minimum of $500,000, with most projects coming in around $800,000. Our clients understand that a well-built, professionally managed home is an investment, one that pays off in quality, longevity, and a process that doesn’t cost you your sanity.

How long does a custom home or major renovation take?

Custom homes typically run 12 to 18 months from design through occupancy. Most major renovations fall between 6 and 12 months depending on scope. We give you a clear, realistic timeline during pre-construction so you can plan your life around it, not guess.
